Our Psychologists are trained in a variety of Evidence-Based Treatment. This includes Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

A Psychoeducational Assessment is a thorough assessment conducted by a Licensed Psychologist designed to identify an individual’s strengths and weaknesses. We conduct Psychoeducational Assessments for learning disabilities, giftedness, ADHD, social and emotional difficulties, oppositional behaviours, or any other concerns interfering in a student's learning.
