She sees children presenting with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, selective mutism, identity and adjustment issues, and general emotion dysregulation. Dr. Taylor's primary modality is Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). In therapy, Dr. O’Connell works with individuals, as well as parents of youth who are struggling with their mental health. She strives to be compassionate, strengths-focused, and neuroaffirming. Dr. O’Connell integrates strategies from various evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Ms. Proctor is a Student Associate working under the supervision of Dr. Burbridge. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Ms. Proctor enjoys working with all ages as she develops her skills and interests.
